# Use with your AI

> Connect Cursor, Claude, VS Code, or Windsurf to the Puplar MCP server

The MCP server lets an AI client read these guides and the API reference. No secret key. It does not call the API.

    On claude.ai, Claude Desktop, or the mobile app: **Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector**. Paste `https://mcp.puplar.com/mcp`. Leave auth empty.

    Claude Code, from the project directory:

    That writes `.mcp.json`:

    `type` is required. A `url` without `type` is skipped.

    Command Palette → **MCP: Add Server**, or `.vscode/mcp.json`. Copilot Chat uses `servers`, not `mcpServers`.

    User-wide config is `~/.vscode/mcp.json` (**MCP: Open User Configuration**).

    Cascade → MCP → open the config file (`~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json`). Windsurf uses `serverUrl`.

    Refresh the MCP list in Cascade after saving.

| `get_guide` | Read one guide (`webhooks`, `payouts`, `authentication`, …) |
| `get_endpoint` | Method and path from the API reference, such as `POST /payouts` |
| `list_webhook_events` | Event names Puplar sends |

Ask the assistant to call `get_guide` and `get_endpoint` instead of guessing paths or webhook names.
